Confidence Plus® North American Warranty

We are proud to offer our Confidence Plus® North American Warranty to cover parts and labor, giving our customers the coverage and confidence they want and need. This warranty is available exclusively from our Certified Service Center repair shop facilities.

With more than 35,000 service repair facilities throughout North America, you can leave one of our member repair shops knowing there is a powerful warranty and a network of service professionals ready to help when you need assistance.

The Confidence Plus® North American Warranty covers a variety of services, including:

  • Air conditioning, heating, and climate control systems

  • Engine cooling systems

  • Engine performance, drivability services, and repairs

  • Emission control systems

  • Steering and suspension systems

  • Wheel bearings, CV joints, and driveshafts

  • Fuel systems

  • Brake systems

  • Hybrid batteries

  • Exhaust systems

  • Ignition systems

If you’re within a 25-mile radius of your local repair facility, please contact your repair shop directly to ensure your services are handled the way you want them.  If you are outside of the 25-mile radius and require service assistance, please contact the Confidence Plus® North American Warranty Administrator where you will be referred to a participating service center.  You will also be eligible for free towing and car rental as your vehicle is repaired.

SafeRoute Roadside Assistance®

We are confident in the work we do to repair your vehicle, but peace of mind comes in many forms, and it shouldn’t end when you leave the repair center.  Roadside assistance is designed to keep your car running and your family safe by covering the most common roadside emergencies.  With a comprehensive five-point service package, you’ll feel comfortable knowing there is a network of professionals ready to respond when you need it most.

Need your tire changed? In desperate need of fuel? We’ve got you covered.

The Saferoute Roadside Assistance program is designed to assure you that you’ll never find yourself stranded without assistance.
